Lois Helen Leach Gilbert, age 75, of Corbin, Kentucky departed this life on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky. She was born February 20, 1942 in Speedwell, Tennessee to the late Frank and Charity (Haynes) Leach. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her 2 Sisters and 5 Brothers.
Lois was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a successful business owner who operated Williamsburg Tire and Auto until 2010. Lois was a devout Christian who enjoyed talking about the Bible, sharing her love for Jesus. Lois never met a stranger and was quick to meet the needs of others with great compassion.
Entombment in the Pine Hill Cemetery.
Lois died at home from a massive heart attack.
