Robert Boswell passed away on October 30, 2017 in Peru, Indiana.

He was born on October 12, 1931 in Peru, Indiana to Hugh & Ruth (Alger) Boswell.

Bob married his wife in 1958, she survives.

Bob was a 1949 graduate of Chili High School and a 1950 graduate of the Purdue University Agricultural Short Course. He served in the U.S. Army from May 1952 – April 1954 and was stationed in Germany for 18 months. His military declarations include the National Defense Service Medal, and the Army Occupation Medal. Bob was a member of the Denver United Methodist Church and an avid collector of antique glass and dishes. Bob was a retired Miami County Farmer, and a long time cattle feeder. He was a Civil Service Employee at Grissom Air Force Base retiring in 1997 and also read meters for REMC for five years.

Surviving in addition to his wife of 59 years, are three sons and their spouses, three grandsons, and a great grandson. (Names omitted per FG policies).

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Deloris Robison.
