HATCHER, EARL T.
Of Atco, NJ, formerly of Medford Lakes, NJ. Died Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at the Fountains at Cedar Parke in Atco. He was 81.
Mr. Hatcher joined the U.S. Navy on his 18th birthday and served during World War II and then continued in the Navy Reserves. He was the Manager of Engineering at RCA in Moorestown for 36 years retiring in 1988. He contributed to the NASA space program at Cape Canaveral and Moorestown.
Mr. Hatcher was a resident of Medford Lakes for 28 years and contributed in all aspects of his community including President of the Colony Club in 1977.
Mr. Hatcher is the husband of 61 years of Elizabeth J. (nee Hardy). He is the father of Neal of Ramsey, NJ, Mark of Jacksonville, FL, Jeffrey of King of Prussia, PA, Jennifer of Blackwood, NJ and Stephanie of W. Collingswood, NJ. He adored his eleven grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be Monday, March 19th at 12:30 PM at THE LECHNER FUNERAL HOME, 24 N. Main St., Medford.
Interment is in Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown.
