Glenda Glasco Hale MARION, Va. Glenda Glasco Hale, 70, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017, at home. Glenda was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Glasco. Survivors include her mother, Blanche Glasco; son, Chris Hale and wife, Kim of Seven Mile Ford, Va.; three grandchildren, Cory Hale and wife, Lindsey of Petersburg, Va., Katlinn Fletcher and husband, Cody of Marion, Va., and Ashley Turley and husband, Keith of Tannersville, Va.; two great grandchildren, Jordyn Fletcher and Easton Turley; sisters, Libby Casey of Seven Mile Ford, Va. and Debra McGrady and husband, Russ of Chilhowie, Va.; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Sunday, October 29, 2017, at the Cleghorn Valley Baptist Church with the Rev. Wesley Eller officiating. Burial will follow at the Middle Fork Cemetery in Chilhowie. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. Sunday prior to the funeral service at the church.
