Born in Brickton on June 24, 1919, she was a daughter of the late David William and Hattie (Wentzell) Bezanson.
Kitty was a former member of both the Clarence and Lawrencetown Baptist Churches and presently a member of the Paradise United Baptist Church. In earlier years she was a member of the Clarence Baptist Church Auxiliary. She was a well-known seamstress in her community for many years and also showed her quilts competitively at the Annapolis Valley Exhibition for over 50 years.
Kitty was predeceased by her husband Thornton; sisters Susie, Hannah, Winnie, Myrtle, Mary and Alice; brothers Paul, Gordon, Percy, Archie and Vernon.
Interment in the Fairview Cemetery, Lawrencetown.
