Olar Clarence Blevins, son of Charles Albert Blevins and Grace Truman (Beaver) Blevins. He was the oldest of 12 children, siblings include:
Jeffie, Zelma, Thera, Leonard, Lessie, twin infants Velda & Velma, Phenia, Arvis, Wilson and Volray. He married Vera Veona Jennings in 1931, they had two children, Harold & Glen.
