He was born May 21, 1950 in Helena, AR.
He lived and farmed in eastern Arkansas until 1986, when he moved to Hot Springs and opened State Beauty Supply with his wife.
Steve never met a stranger and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He thrived on the outdoor life, which he shared with his close friends and family.
Steve is preceded in death by his father and mother, Marion and Mary Lee Neal, and his sister, Janie.
He is survived by his daughters, Michelle, Stacy, and Brooke, and their mother, Vicki. He also leaves behind son-in-law, Brad, sister and brother-in-law, Jim and June, grandchildren, Taylor, Sawyer, Brandon, Layton, Hunter, Noah, and Avery, and great granddaughter, Hailyn, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.m. Monday at Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Rick Thomas officiating.
