Jeffrey Kirk Olsen, age 61, of Faribault, died on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at St. Lucas Care Center, Faribault.
Jeffrey Kirk, the son of Ivan and Alice (Reynolds) Olsen, was born on April 22, 1956 in Wayzata. He married Diane Schwartz on September 24, 2010 on the Schwartz Farm. Jeff was previously employed by Walmart and Arby’s, both of Faribault. He enjoyed music, fishing and the outdoors and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Olsen; two children, Jennifer (and Scott) Jones and Justin (and Mary) Olsen; five grandchildren, Jack and Will Olsen, Xavier, Varner and Avianna Jones; one step daughter, Heather Ritchie; five step grandchildren, William, Lydia, Hope, Patrick and Gabby; four siblings, Bev (and Tom) Leckie-Scheirer, Douglas Olsen, Beth (and Clyde) Wachman and Dan (and Jane) Olsen; two sisters in law, Beth Ann (and Kelly) Schwartz Hines and Brenda (and Bruce) Ebeling; one brother in law, Bryant Schwartz.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Jim Olsen.
