Gail Ann Butler, 65, of Union City passed away 4:16 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Archie Larry will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery near Obion.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Craig, David Pickard, David Jeffery, Stevie Moore, Bobby Joe Moore and Hunter Carter.
Gail was born January 18, 1952, in Lake County, daughter of the late Limuel and Emmar Lee (Todd) Pickard. She married Jimmy Dale Butler March 9, 1968. He survives. Gail was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She is also survived by three sons, Jimmy Lynn (Stephanie) Butler of Martin and Johnny (Misty) Butler and Sammy (Kim) Butler all of Union City; two sisters, Betty Hale of Obion and Debra Storm of Union City; twelve grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, William Lee Pickard, Donnie Frank Pickard and Jerry Franklin Pickard.
