Edgar L. Tungate Jr., 64, of Samuel Street, died Saturday at his home. He was a native of Lebanon, a former employee of Bremner's Biscuit Co., an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of AM-VETS Post 9. Survivors: his wife, Jean Tungate; a daughter, Debbie L. Cull of Jeffersontown; three sons, Ricky L. Tungate of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Timmy L. and Allen Tungate, both of Jeffersontown; a sister, Marty Garrett; a brother, Benny Tungate of Lebanon; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Neurath & Underwood Funeral Home, 725 E. Market St. Burial: Evergreen Mausoleum. Visitation: 2-9 p.m. Monday.
