The eldest child of Antonino Tarara and Giovanna Parisi, Ross was a land surveyor in Rockford Illionis Ross graduated and got his Land Surveying and Civil Engineering degree from Filippo Brunelleschi College and decided to be a land surveyor.
Ross married Marva Tarara in November 7th 1940 and had two sons one was named after his dad and has the same nickname, the other son's name is Mario.
Ross survived by his siblings Teresa (Luigi), Carmela and Giuseppe (Lori); nephews ans neices; Giovanna (Enzo),Danila, Valeria, Tony, Mario, Gina (Ryan), Adam (Brenna), and Nino; and 4 great grand nephews and neices.
