Jimmy Charles McDaniel, 85, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2017 due to congestive heart failure. He was born on November 25, 1931 in Ringling Oklahoma. He was preceded by his parents and sister. Jimmy served in the U.S. Army in occupied Germany from 1953-1955. Following his time in active service he returned to Oklahoma where he went to college at Oklahoma State. After getting a degree in geophysics he went on to work in the oil and gas industry until his retirement. Upon retirement he was able to focus on his real passion, competitive shooting which he participated in up until the time of his passing.
