*When I was teaching the teen ager class at the Idabel Bypass church of Christ in the 60-70's, Sister Baldwin invited our class to hold Vacation Bible School for the Old Burwell Church of Christ. She had a great desire to share the love of the Lord with her community and my kids learned what and how a lovely lady could make a huge spiritual difference by being in love with Jesus and sharing that love. This lady embodied the great commission of Jesus to go, teach, baptize and teach all nations--and she began where she was to carry out this charge. Sister Baldwin is a lady I greatly admired and I miss her son, my friend, Bernie who I respected greatly. God sent me a blessing when I met these good people and best of all, He gave us all a little taste of heaven in Sister Baldwin. ~ Wayne Warren - Broken Bow, OK - Acquaintance ~ Oct 30, 2017
