Well Known stock man called by death.
John Bell found dead in bed yesterday morning

John Bell, well known stock buyer of this section and partner of the firm of Blair and Bell, stock buyers, was found dead in bed at his home in Visalia yesterday morning by his wife, who had gone to inquiry of his condition. Mr. Bell was among the best known stock buyers of the San Joaquin Valley. For years he had engaged in the business with Mr. Blair and their shipments ran into thousands of dollars almost weekly. He was along in years and leaves besides his widow the following relatives to mourn his death. Mrs. Hattie (Hettye) Dudley of Oakland, a daughter, Mrs. Mary Alice ("Allie") Trembley of Santa Anna, a daughter, and two sons, John of Visalia, and Claud(e).

Funeral services for Mr. Bell will be conducted tomorrow morning at Ten O'Clock from the late residence at 412 NW 2nd Avenue. A. E. Brooks having charge.
