Born in Morrow County, Ohio on Feb. 22, 1865 to the late John J. and Rebecca Geyer Smith, Ellie A. McChesney, 90, of 306 Forest St., Marion, passed away at her home on Sunday, March 27, 1955.
She first married Amos Klinefelter on Feb. 3, 1889, he passed away in December of 1918. She then married Walter McChesney on Dec. 23, 1919. He survives her along with a daughter, Mrs. Wallace C. Ault; two step-children, Clarence McChesney and Mrs. Earl Fichtner; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and her brother, Marion Smith of Caledonia.
