Robert "Bob" Allen Gammenthaler – 63, of Ooltewah, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017.

Bob was born February 13, 1954, in Fredericksburg, Texas. He received his BBA in Business Management from Southwestern Adventist University. From 1977 to 1982, he worked in Texas and California as a nursing home administrator for National Health Enterprises. In 1982, he founded and was president of Concord Insurance Service, Inc. He grew the company from a start up to over 20 offices before selling it in 2002. Bob also established several businesses in the Chattanooga area and Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Arnold Gammenthaler and sister-in-law, Jacque Holm.

Survivors include his loving wife, Pam Gammenthaler, of Ooltewah, four sons, Rob (Lindsay) Gammenthaler, of San Ramon, Ca., Mickey (Lucy) Gammenthaler, of Arlington, Tn., Scott (Lisa) Gammenthaler, of Owensboro, Ky., Doug (Macey) Gammenthaler, of Loma Linda, Ca., two grandchildren, Redmond Scott Gammenthaler, Ellie Jane Gammenthaler, mother, Esther Gammenthaler, of Eustis, Fl., sister, Janice (Benny) Deaton, of Murphy, NC, brother, Sam (Loretha) Gammenthaler, of Tangerine, Fl., niece, Jessica (Kelly) Kieper, of Kalispell, Mt., and nephew, Jimmy Holm, of Kent, Wa..

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 29, at Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4829 College Drive East, Collegedale, Tn. 37315, with Pastor John Cress officiating.
