Joanne was born in 1965 in Illinois to Earnest and Jerline Jackson. She was a certified nurses aide with both Silvercrest and Manor Care, E. Locust St., Davenport. She was a Sister of Jerusalem Temple Apostolic Church. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles.
Survivors include her daughters Crystal Marie Kirksey, Trumaine Sharena Day, Brittany Day and Raven Jackson; five grandchildren; her father Earnest (Isabell) Jackson of Chicago, IL and mother Jerline Jackson of Jonesboro, Arkansas; sisters Renoina Jackson, Vanessa Hayes, Denise (Eric) Welch, Kanegia T. Draine and Jeanette Hinton; brother Darren L. Draine; and lifelong friend Darryl Ellis. She was preceded in death by a brother Earnest S. Draine and brother-in-law Bernard Hayes.
