Sara Frances "Fran" Adams, age 80, of Biloxi, passed away on October 23, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh B. and Ida Fink; her sisters, Edith Ward and Kate Baldwin.
Survivors include her loving and dedicated husband of 61 years, Charles; a daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Lynn; sisters-in-law, Jean, Linda and her husband Richard; grandchildren, Charlie and Jamie, Dr. Laura and her husband, Dr. Travis, and Kristi; 3 great-grandchildren; numerous devoted nieces and nephews.
Fran was born in Kingsport, TN. Early in her marriage to Charles, they traveled because of his military career. In 1962, they settled and made a home in Biloxi, a town she dearly loved. She was a selfless, caring wife, mother, friend, and a true southern lady.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Fran Adams to MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Visitation will be on Friday, October 27, 2017, from 9 – 10 am at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd., Biloxi. A funeral service will be at 10 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.
