June 22, 1938 October 24, 2017 Charlotte Ann Ratcliff, 79, of Blacksburg died, Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Lewis Gale Hospital-Montgomery. She was born in Montgomery County, Va. on June 22, 1938 to the late Robert Luther and Inez Trimble Alls. She was also preceded by her husband, Charles Ratcliff; her sister, Phyllis Gallimore; her brothers, Richard Alls and Gerald Alls. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Charles and Karen Alls, and Ralph Alls; sisters, Evelyn Mueller and Clorine Brizendine; brother, Wayne Alls; grandchildren, Amanda Alls, Curtis Alls, and Kevin Alls, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2017 in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. S.W. Blacksburg,VA 24060. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
