At her residence, two miles South of Monterey, Highland County, of consumption, Mrs. Betsy Botkin, aged 75 years and one day. She was a christian woman, and leaves two grown sons and one daughter.

Eliz. L. Botkin died November 25, 1891 near Monterey from pneumonia. Aged 75 yearss. Parents Matthew (Mathias) & S. Benson. born in Pendleton County, Va. (Now W.Va.). Death reported by son, Jas. H. Botkin.
