Ida Mae West, 91 passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017. She was born December 16, 1925 in Nebraska to the late Carl and Mary Elva Getmen Sharp.
She is survived by a two sons: Leonard Lee West of Ozark, MO and Frank West of Mansfield, LA; two daughters: Linda Holzschuher of Ozark, MO and Connie Cornell of Zanesville, OH; a brother Don (Trudy) Proffitt of Pleasanton, KS; two sisters: Anna Marie (Leonard) Love of Sparta, MO and Lena Wadino of Web City, MO; 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Leonard West; five brothers: David Sharp, Ira Sharp, Eddie Sharp, John Proffitt and Chuck Proffitt; two sisters: Mildred Gentry and Donna Sue Toranoden; and an infant brother Dale.
Visitation will be held from 11AM to 1PM Wednesday October 25, 2017, at the Adams Funeral Home, 504 West Walnut St., Ozark, MO 65721. Graveside services will follow at Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, MO.
Arrangements in Zanesville, OH were made through Snouffer Funeral Home.
