His life will be celebrated on Nov. 12 at the Roman Catholic Church of Saint Teresa of the Infant Jesus at 10:45 a.m. Arrangements were by Harmon Funeral Home. After graduating from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, St. Benedicta, and Wagner High School, he served in the U.S. Navy. Born and raised in West Brighton, he worked as a Tunnel and Bridges Agent for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for 32 years. In 2010, he retired from his last assignment at the Goethals Bridge.
