She graduated from Marion High School and Warner Beauty College, Fort Wayne, IN. On October 15, 1955 she married Richard W. McKee.
She had Carol Ann’s Beauty Shop in their home in North Manchester, then worked in the cafeteria at Manchester High School and later for Real Services at Silver Lake Nutrition Site. She was a member of Moose #1518 & American Legion Auxiliary Post #286.She loved living at the lake, seeing her grandchildren and laughter.
Carol is survived by one son, Tony (Cheryl) McKee, Millsboro, DE; daughter, Lori (Ralph Jr.) Dotson, Silver Lake, IN; grandchildren, Melanie (Greg) Baker, Dover, DE, Matthew (Ashley) McKee, Dover, DE, Gregory McKee, Baltimore, MD, Lindsay Simcoe, Indianapolis, IN and April Lachlan, Scotland. Two great grandchildren, Phoenix Baker and Emma McKee. One sister Annetta (Jerry) Dorman, Fort Wayne, IN and one aunt, Jeanne Mayer, Elkhart, IN.
