Steve was a man who loved his family. Growing up with his two brothers (best friends), he played many sports, rebuilt cars, and enjoyed his adventurous spirit. He was active in the Civil Air Patrol, worked in construction, then became a technician at Ball Aerospace after which he became a professional plumber. He adored his children and grandchildren, who will always cherish the time and love he gave to them.
Steve is survived by his parents, his daughter Crystal (Tyrone) Martinez, his son Stephen Jr. (Nicole), 9 grandchildren, 2 brothers George (Lynda) and Henry (Carol), and 5 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter Erica Rose.
SERVICES
There will be a visitation from 1:00 - 2:30 PM on Wednesday October 18, 2017 at Darrell Howe Mortuary in Lafayette. Following the visitation we will be proceeding to Louisville Cemetery for a 3:00 PM graveside service.
