Maria married Dr. Samuel Cullen Hanford 9-14-1871 in West Point, New York. He was still living on the 1900 census. Dr. Hanford had been married previously around 1849 to Rachel H. Richardson. She died 9-1--1869 in Kings County, New York according to her Will and Probate papers. They had two children, Jeannette Louisa (Jennie) Hanford Westbrook (1850-1915) and Dr. Charles Webster Hanford 1853-1895 - both on Findagrave. Maria possibly had one child, Passie Hanford 1874-1876.
