Jackie L. “Jack” Reynolds, 78 of Auburn, died Wednesday October 18, 2017 in Allentown, PA.

He was born May 29, 1939 in Auburn to Gerald and Edith (Ditton) Reynolds.

Jack was a Quality Control Inspector at Borg Warner/Auburn Gear in Auburn for 43 years before retiring in 2002. He was an active member of Norris Chapel United Methodist Church in Auburn serving in a number of different capacities at the church. He was one of the original founders of Auburn Bass Masters. His hobbies include fishing, coin collecting, antiquing, landscaping and most important, studying Gods word.

Jack married Carole Swander on June 27, 1959 in Garrett and she survives. Also surviving are 2 sons and a daughter, Lynn (Robin) Reynolds of Bremen, Brian (Colleen) Reynolds of Hamilton and Natalie (Jim) Fish of Huntertown; grandchildren, Rachel (Jeremy) Burley, Sara (Justin) Shull, Aaron (Collin) Reynolds, Kristine (Troy) Jones, Danny (Jessica) Reynolds, Nathan Fish and Gabrielle Fish; step-grandchildren, Josh Yoder and Kristal Blosser; great-grandchildren, Jackson Burley, Brooklyn Burley, Levi Shull, Reese Shull, Leo Reynolds, Evelyn Reynolds, Madison Jones, Harper Jones, Tanner Reynolds, Taylor Reynolds and Alexa Reynolds; Step great grandchildren, Brevyn Blosser, Kaylene Blosser and Jaden Yoder; 2 brothers, Gerald Reynolds of Auburn and Larry (Linda) Reynolds of Grabill; Brother and sister in laws, Kim (Cathy Reifsnider) Swander of Churubusco, Nick (Cheryl) Hoot of Rome City, Joan Swander of Rome City, Judy Hoot of Churubusco and Roger Souder and his wife Susan of Auburn and several special nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Marsha Souder, great-granddaughter Scarlett Reynolds and a sister in law, Judy Hoot.

Services will be 11 AM Monday October 23, 2017 at Norris Chapel United Methodist Church, 4793 CR 40A, Auburn, IN with Rev John Cohrs and Rev Nick Hoot officiating.

Burial is in Woodlawn Cemetery, Auburn.

Calling is Sunday from 2 to 6 PM at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn, IN and also 1 hour prior to the service Monday from 10 to 11 at the church.
