Connie S. Coleman, age 66, of Wheeling, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at the Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview. She was born May 14, 1951 in Kentucky to Ollie and Narm (Crawford) Ferrell. On May 24, 1975, she married the love of her life, Billy R. Coleman.
Connie resided in Wheeling most of her life. She was a printer at Chemical Light, Inc. in Vernon Hills. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and doting grandmother who will be truly missed.
Connie is survived by her husband of 42 years, Billy; two children, Wendy Coleman and Mark Coleman; four grandchildren, Trent, Alec, Kaitlyn, and Mila; two great-grandchildren, Kaisaac and Kinzley; and her sister, Sabrina (John) Corcoran.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., Monday, October 23, 2017 at Justen's Round Lake Funeral Home, 222 N. Rosedale Court, Round Lake, IL.
Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 24, at 10 a.m. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Grant Cemetery in Ingleside.
