Diane Elizabeth Clements of Allen passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 peacefully in her sleep. Diane was born on July 21, 1949 in Passaic, New Jersey to her parents John and Kathleen Hever. Diane is survived by her husband Edward Lee Clements, Jr.; daughters, Julia (Ben) Miller, Melissa (Steve) Gault; father, John Hever; grandchildren, Jack and Maddy Miller, Liam, Katie and Finn Gault; siblings, Anne (Rich) Escher, John (Susie) Hever, Kathy (Mark) Fallon, Tom (Lesa) Hever, Jim (Leslie) Hever. She was preceded in her death by her mother, Kathleen Hever and daughter Amy. Diane grew up in New Jersey and moved to Texas with her family. She attended the University of Dallas. Diane began her teaching career at Saint Paul the Apostle Catholic School. She spent most of her teaching years in the Allen School District, a job that she loved. Diane was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening and was the best cheerleader on the sidelines for her grandchildren. She loved taking walks, traveling and shopping. Above all she loved spending time with her family. Words cannot explain how much she will be missed. A memorial mass will take place on Monday, October 23rd at 10:00 A.M. at Saint Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.
