Memorial services for Delvin Paul Albers of Minco will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oc. 21, 2017 at First Baptist Church Family Life Center in Minco with Rev. Bob Hines and Jim Ross officiating.
Mr. Albers died Oct. 25, 2016, at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City. He was born April 14, 1932, in Union City. He graduated from Minco High School in 1950. He had worked for General Motors in Oklahoma City, as a truck driver for Dollar General and Fitzgerald Trucking, U.S. Express and Cheetah Transport, and was owner of Albers Trucking Company in Minco. Mr. Albers had also worked for the Oklahoma Transportation Department and had served on the Minco City Council.
He is survived by a son, Paul Albers of Chickasha; daughters, Ladonna Wehling of Oklahoma City and Karen Albers of Minco; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
