Billy grew up in Kansas City. He moved to the Huggins area with his parents in 1978. Billy worked as a carpenter for several years. He liked to hunt and fish and drink cold beer. He also greatly enjoyed getting together with family and friends.
Besides his parents, Billy was preceded in death by one sister, Frances Gragg.
He is survived by one brother, Carl Gragg, of Huggins, Missouri, two sisters, Glenda Akers of Huggins, Missouri, and Ivonne Martin and her husband, Lewis, of Sedalia, Missouri, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews who will greatly miss him.
