He is survived by his sons, Jimmy Kelly and Timmy Kelly both of Sadler, three grandsons of Washington, two sister, Judy Bell of Sherman and Mary Cannon of Whitesboro, Uncle and Aunt, Delton and Christalene Phelps of Whitesboro, a nephew and five nieces and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father Billy Frank Kelly, his mother, Fay Mitchell, a sister, Lynda Kay Cravens, and his finance, Betty Marie Turner
