Norman H. Fletcher, Jr., 78 of Vineland passed away at his home on Saturday evening, April 6, 2013 following an extended illness. Born in Bridgeton on September 6, 1934 to the late Norman H. Fletcher, Sr. and Esther Peterson Fletcher, he was the husband of Jacqueline L. Lucas Fletcher. He had lived at his present address in Vineland since April 2004 and prior to that he had resided in Woodruff and Port Charlotte, FL. Norman was a veteran of the United States Air Force stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi during the Korean Conflict. Prior to his retirement, he had worked as a chemical operator for E.I. DuPont Co. in Deepwater. Mr. Fletcher was also a part owner and pilot of a private plane and flying was his passion. His family meant everything to him and he always put them first. Besides his wife, Jacqueline Lucas Fletcher of Vineland, he is survived by; two daughters, Nancy Fletcher of Cape May and Cynthia "Cindi" Williams and her husband Billy of Hopewell Township; five grandchildren, Aaron Williams, Chaim Williams, Rachel Williams, Jacob Williams all of Hopewell Twp., and Margaret "Markie" Schafer of Bridgeton and two great-grandchildren.
