Mr. Fred Brewer, 81, a resident of Spickard, MO. Died Tuesday evening October 17, 2017 at Wright Memorial Hospital, Trenton.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM at The Slater Funeral Home, Trenton, MO with Pastor Doug Crawford officiating. Burial will be at Martin Cemetery north of Trenton, MO.
Family visitation will be at Slater Funeral Home on Friday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Memorials To: Either Martin Cemetery or Spickard Masonic Cemetery and may be left at funeral home.
Mr. Fred Brewer, was born August 1, 1936 in Spickard, MO, the son of Charles Frederick and Frances Pauline Bosley Brewer, Sr. He graduated from Spickard High School and attended Trenton Junior College. He farmed all his life on a centennial farm.
He was a member of the Spickard Methodist Church.
On June 12, 1956 he was married to Janet Speck at Spickard, Missouri.
His survivors include his wife Janet of the home. Three sons Kevin Brewer and wife Lisa of Spickard, MO: Kurtis Brewer, Milan, Mo.: and Kenneth Brewer and wife Kathi of Spickard, MO: One sister Mary Ellen Cooper of Trenton, MO. Five Grandchildren, Three Great Grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles Brewer, his mother Pauline Brewer, One sister Gloria Connell, Two brothers-in-laws Don Connell and John Speck, and one niece Lisa Tunnell.
