After attending Conestoga Valley High School, he went on to find employment painting bridges, was an electrician at Skyline Homes, Leola and a material coordinator at Rutt Manufacturing, New Holland. He loved fishing and hunting.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Ruth I. Heath, Albert "Red" E. Heath, and Carson B. Strawser.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sisters, Dawn Christine Heath, Yardley, PA, and Joanne Michele (Heath) Martin, wife of Brian, nieces Zoie M. Martin, Sayge V. Martin, and Brina L. Martin, of New Holland; grandmother, Florence P. Strawser, Sunbury.
