Christopher Jason Greer passed away Friday April 15, 2011 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio at the age of 38. Chris is survived by his loving parents, Harold and Linda Greer; wife, Alexandria Betts-Greer; brothers, Brian and Kyle Greer, and grandparents, Jean Williams and Gene and Shirley Williams. Visitation will be Thursday, April 21, 4-6 p.m. at Tate Funeral Service. Wake will be held at The River of Life Church, 3611 Upton Ave., Toledo, OH on Friday, April 22, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with services to follow at 12. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or Hospice of Northwest Ohio. A special thank-you to Lake Park nursing staff, Flower Hospital nursing staff and physicians, Kish Ambulance, Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Jeff White, and Yvonne McClellan for providing compassionate care to Chris.
