Tomasa Domínguez y Argüello was born at San Diego where she was baptized in the Presidio Chapel December 22, 1823 (SD Baptism 05993). She was the "hija natural" of soldado Luís Gonzaga Policarpo Manuel Antonio Fernando Domínguez y Ybáñez, 20 (Jan 26, 1803, SD Baptism 03081) and María Luísa Juana Josepha de la Cruz Argüello y Ortega, 11 (Mar. 5, 1812, BP Baptism 00398). Tomasa died at San Diego and was buried in the presidio cemetery October 11, 1826 (SD Death 03684).

(I checked The Baptismal number (05993) at Mission San Diego against number 05992 and 05994. This Baptism occurred in 1825, when mother Maria Luisa was 13, not 11.
