George Milton Barber, age 75, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, October 16, 2017 at his residence. He was born February 6, 1942 in McCrory, Arkansas.
He was retired from Cooper Tire and a Methodist. He was preceded in death by one son, Greg Barber.
Survivors include his wife of twenty-eight years, Gleema Barber of Texarkana and one daughter, Kelly Denton of South Texas; three step-daughters and their husbands, Sheila and Dale Yarberry of Red Lick, Texas, Brenda and Benji Tyl of Texarkana, Texas and Becky and John Moore of Maud, Texas; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Fakes Cemetery, McCrory, Arkansas with Rev. Carla Thompson officiating.
