Larry Lee Rankin II, 37 of Fairfield died at 6:25 AM, Friday, October 13, 2017 at his home. Lee had been a Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputy and a member of the ILEAS SWAT Team. He attended Victory Outreach Christian Church.
Lee’s survivors include his wife Amber Rankin, children Livia and Luka Rankin, parents Larry and Anna Rankin all of Fairfield, sisters Staci Rankin of Joliet and Shelley White of Fairfield, brother James White of Arkansas, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Lee Rankin will be held at 10 AM, Thursday, October 19th at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5-7 PM at the Johnson & Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to help with funeral expenses and will be accepted at Johnson & Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield.
