She had worked for Rosie’s Beauty Shop, Radio Shack, Tipton Street Department, and Park 100 foods. Martha loved music, dancing, painting, watching movies, playing cards, bowling, reading, and especially spending time with family.
Martha is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Quinn of Kokomo; son, Don and wife Shari Douglas of Tipton; four grandchildren, Bryan Quinn and wife Aimee, Terra Quinn, Jonathan Douglas, and Matthew Douglas; four great grandchildren, Ayanna, Amoura, Charles, and Willow Quinn; sister, Peggy and husband Larry Gardner of Scottsville, KY; brother, Randy and wife Kay Stamps of Scottsville, KY; brother, Rex Stamps of Tipton; brother, Phil and wife Rose Stamps of Tipton; previous husband, Phil Douglas of Tipton.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings, Louise Gaddis and Earl Ray Stamps.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at Leatherman – Morris - Boyer Funeral Home, 314 N. Main Street, with Fred Farley officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from Noon-2 pm Tuesday, two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
