Son of Clyde Paris Eslinger and Nancy (Smith Eslinger) Harper. One full siblings Kenneth Carl Eslinger, half siblings are 2 sisters still living and 1 Brother Richard Eslinger buried St. Clair Co MO. On his fathers side possible 1/2 brother on his mom's side James F. Eslinger.
Once Clyde and Nancy were married James went by Eslinger although he was not Clydes son.

Clyde and Nancy did not marry until 1913 James was born in 1911.
