Gordon Elizabeth Holton, age 90 of Jasper, Texas died on Monday, October 9, 2017 at Timberidge Nursing Home in Jasper.
The family will greet friends at First Baptist Church at 10am on Saturday, October 14 , 2017 followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11am at First Baptist Church in Jasper.
Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Jasper.
Gordon was born December 7, 1926 in Geneva, Texas to Ernest and Callie Alford.
On September 21, 1942 Gordon married Grady Holton. She was a resident of Groves, Texas before moving to Jasper in 1952. Gordon spent her life working as a Co-owner/Partner of Holton's Service Station and Garage in Jasper.
Gordon is survived by her husband of 75 years Grady Holton of Jasper; two sons, Terry Holton and wife Debby of Jacksonville, Texas and Mark Holton and wife Lisa of League City, Texas, two daughters, Glenda Flickner and husband Bob of Garland, Texas and Beth Griner and husband John of Palacios, Texas, her brother Ernest Leroy Alford and wife Mary Jo of Austin, Texas, as well as 13 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren
