Vivian was a Graduate of Central High School. She continued her education at Bishop State Community College graduating with a degree in Accounting. She was one of the First African American women to work at the License Commissioner Office in The Mobile County Courthouse. In 1994 Vivian Opened her own Fashion Boutique "Joyce Dress Shop." Vivian was a faithful member of Little Flower Catholic Church.
She is Preceded in death by her husband John H. Willis, her Father Richard C. Ingram, three brothers, Joseph, Daron and Charles Ingram.
She leaves to Cherish in her memories her Loving Mother Ada H. Ingram, Two Devoted Sons; James (Erica) Ingram and John F. Willis, One sister, Five brothers, Eight grandchildren and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Family Members and Friends.
Visitation will be held Friday October 13, 2017 at TriState Mortuary 911 S. Broad St. Viewing will be held Saturday October 14, 2017 from 9am until the 12pm Funeral Hour at Little Flower Catholic Church, 2053 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36603. Internment: Magnolia Cemetery.
