Ursula Susan Jackson, a ballerina at heart, danced her way into the hearts of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She experienced the miracle of eternal life after her struggle with ovarian cancer and can now dance with such grace, and smile her beautiful smile for the multitude to see. Surely she will enhance Heaven and light up the lives of those who have gone before us.

Ursula was raised in Tolland, CT where she had leading roles in various productions with the Hartford Ballet as a child. She graduated from Arizona State University and enjoyed a successful career in the insurance business. She moved from Scottsdale, AZ to Daphne in 2005 where she began working for Alabama Insurance Underwriters Association in Foley. She loved attending church, dancing, entertaining, music, travel and work. She took great pride in helping her co-workers advance and become better people. She never stopped missing her four legged children, Elliott and Hershey. She looked forward to being reunited with them in Heaven. She loved her little man, Tiger, her cat. Ursula had an abundance of love in her heart and it overflowed to anyone who got to know her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Daniel Joseph Sposito.

Surviving are her husband, Ronald Lewis Jackson, Daphne; stepson’s, John D. Jackson and his son, John Lewis, Vincent C. (Shayla) Jackson, Mobile; her mother, Gisela S. Virgein, Long Boat Key, FL; siblings, Gregory (Sasha) Sposito and their children, Alex, Jacqueline and Julia, Greenwich, CT, Dean (Joanna) Sposito and their children, Michael and Adam, Frankfurt, Germany and Michele Petra Sposito, Scottsdale; stepmother, Elizabeth Sposito, Scottsdale.

We wish special thanks to our friends and loved ones who gave so unselfishly during our time of need. We especially thank Frances J. Jones, her beloved mother in law for caring for us in every way possible including her continual prayers, love and concern.
