SAN LEON — Luther Greenfield Branch, 79, a retired painter, died Friday at his residence.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Jack Rowe Funeral Home in League City, Jerry Branch officiating. Burial will follow at Rosewood Cemetery in Houston. Visitation will be at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today.
Born Jan. 5, 1909, in Rockport, Texas, he was retired from the Arco Refinery. He was a former resident of Pasadena and lived in the San Leon community for 15 years. Survivors Include his wife, Jessie Branch of San Leon; two sons, Gene Branch of Kingwood and Jerry Branch of Dickinson; three sisters, Jo Hill of Houston, Dorothy Seger of Kerrville and
Leona Sharp of Sinton, Texas; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
