Frances H. Gregory, age 90 of Forest City, FL, died Sunday, October 8, 2017, in Orlando, FL. Born April 30, 1927 in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Fred Howerton and Ethel King. She was the wife of the late Hubert Gregory. Frances worked as an LPN and retired from Springfield Hospital Center. She enjoyed working in her yard and taking care of her flowers. She loved spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Bella. Her survivors include son and daughter-in-law John and Loretta Gregory of Forest City, FL and son Grayson Gregory of Cleamont, FL; sisters Madeline Conaway of Crownsville and Maxine Rhinehart of Forest City, FL; grandchildren Steven Gregory of Baltimore, MD, Bradley Gregory of Winchester, VA and Travis Gregory of Inwood, WVA and great grandchildren Curtis and Catyn Gregory of Baltimore, MD. She was predeceased by her brother Harold Howerton. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 16, 2017, from 12pm to 2pm at Haight Funeral Home and Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, MD where a funeral service will follow at 2pm. Interment to follow at Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD.
