Mrs. Betty McMillian Brady, 76, of LaFayette died Monday, October 9, 2017 at her residence. Betty was born to the late Elgin and Francis McMillian, Sr., on August 3, 1941 in Calhoun County. At an early age, she became a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Anniston. As she became closer to God, Betty was called into the ministry. She became an Apostle and was later the founder of the Victorious Living Outreach Center, LaFayette. Betty was married to the late Wilson Brady for over fifty years and was employed with the Chambers County Board of Education as an Educator for twenty-five years. Betty loved the Lord and working with youth. She earned many accolades, but was most proud of sharing the Bible with anyone she met. Betty is survived by her five children: Sabrina (Bobby) Billingslea, Newnan, GA, Reginald (Bobby) Brady, Valley, Thomas Brady, LaFayette, Tammy (Christopher) Hughley, Lanett and Markus Brady, Roanoke; one brother: Elgin (Ann) McMillian, Jr, Anniston; twelve grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren and a host brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
