Born in Troy, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Aroxy Essegian.
She was a graduate of Troy High School.
She was the beloved wife of 59 years to Robert T. Frank.
Sally had been employed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and retired in 2002.
Her family had operated the former Essegian Meat Market in Troy, N.Y.
She enjoyed reading, gardening, traveling, and socializing with friends.
She was predeceased by one sister; Helen Granger and one brother; Joseph Essegian.
Arrangements by the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home on 133 Broad Street in Waterford, N.Y.
Interment will be at the Saratoga National Cemetery.
