Born August 5, 1966, Kimberly was a native of Hall County but lived most of her life in Dawson County. She was a graduate of Dawson County High School and earned a degree in accounting from Lanier Tech after which she was employed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for 25 years. A devoted mother and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Kimberly was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Elizabeth Spain.
Surviving are her daughter and son in law, Amanda and Jonathan Hand, Cumming; granddaughters, Lillian Hand, Mia Hand, Annabelle Hand; father, Charles E. Spain, Dawsonville; sisters, Mechelle Roydes, Kelly Wilson, both of Dawsonville; and nieces, Amber, Marah, Leigh, Harlie and Gracie.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 11, 2017 at 4 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Larry Pirkle will officiate. Interment will follow in Dawsonville Memorial Gardens.
