COLUMBIA Charlotte Mae Roth, 77, died on Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at Susquehanna Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where she has resided for the past three years. She was the wife of Alfred K. Roth, who preceded her in death in 2003. Born in York, she was the daughter of the late Edward I. and Clara Nace Garver. She retired in 1992 as a seamstress for the Kahn-Lucas Manufacturing Co. in Columbia. She previously was a seamstress for the Hollis Manufacturing Co. in Wrightsville, until its closing. She was of the Methodist faith. Surviving are a son, Kenneth E., husband of Dawn Roth, and a daughter, Claudia, wife of Henry Reese, both of Columbia; four grandchildren, Brittany, Victoria, Hannah, and Andrew; and a brother, Mervin Garver of Wrightsville. She was predeceased by a brother, Jacob Garver. Graveside funeral services will be held for Charlotte from Fairview Cemetery, Wrightsville, on Saturday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Kenneth Lawrence officiating. Arrangements by the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc., Columbia/Landisville.
