Jeni Lu (Tiller) Smith, 62, a resident of Wendell, Idaho, died early Saturday, September 16, 2017 at St. Luke's Magic Valley after a long illness.
Jeni Lu was born on September 24, 1954 in Nampa, Idaho, the daughter of Don and Letha Tiller. She was raised and educated in Nampa, Idaho.
She married Mark L. Smith on November 12, 1976 in Nampa, ID. They spent the first 10 years of their marriage in Nampa before moving to Wendell. She worked as a bookkeeper for Consumer Markets, MX Trucking Co. and Giltner Trucking LLC. She was the "firecracker" in the family known as Aunt Ru and will be sorely missed.
She is survived by her: husband Mark; mother-in-law Wanda Smith; two brothers, Don Tiller Jr. and Ron Tiller (Sheree) of Nampa; one sister Tami Tiller Robinson of Nampa; three nieces, Jenny Hardy, Aimee Graybeal, and Sarah Tiller-Dixon; two nephews, Doug Robinson and Joe Robinson; eight great nieces and nephews; and her faithful pet Coco.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, father-in-law, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at Ron and Sheree's home from 4:00 -7:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 3824 Ringneck Drive in Nampa, ID 83686.
An inurnment will be at the Kohlerlawn Cemetery in Nampa, Idaho at a later date.
